It’s usually quiet except for visiting catamarans. Halfway along is the new Coconut Palms West serving cold drinks and food with chairs for rent. Folkestone Marine Reserve: Large marine reserve with good snorkeling conditions–equipment available for rent at the visitors centre. Holetown: Zaccios Beach Bar & Restaurant is right on the beach serving food and drinks all day with beach chair and umbrella rentals. Paynes Bay: Long stretch of beach, a favourite with families and cruise ship passengers. Good for long strolls, swimming and snorkeling – you may even spot some turtles! Batts Rock: Lovely beach with good snorkeling conditions and facilities. The trendy new beach bar and seaside restaurant, La Cabane serves superb food and a good selection of cocktails and wine.
