250 1974 Maxine Williams, Librarian, represented the Bank at the Annual Conference of the Association of Caribbean University, Research and Institutional Libraries in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Clyde Johnson was appointed to act as the manager of banking and currency. 1975 Brian Greene and Michael Taylor, supervisors, attended the first English Language course on Central Banking and Monetary Policy, held by CEMLA in Trinidad and Tobago. Basil Wapensky, research adviser, left the Bank to take up an assignment in Swaziland. 1976 Angolyn Kirton, accounting assistant, received training in Capital Markets and Accounting Procedures at the Bank of Canada and Wood Gundy International Ltd. in Ottawa. Governor Blackman led the Barbados delegation to the Commonwealth Finance Ministers meeting in Hong Kong from September 28 to October 2. 1977 Governor Blackman was re-appointed for a second five-year term. Anthony Cadogan, assistant inspector, Bank Supervision, attended the School for Examiners at the US Federal Reserve in Washington, D.C.
