Turtle Hatchings at Southern Palms Southern Palms Hotel has a constant stream of turtle hatchings throughout the season with roughly 900 nestings a year. Guests can opt to be alerted whenever a hatching is happening. Damian’s modern, innovative menu thoughtfully utilises local ingredients. So what did he cook? Fire- roasted breadfruit with local lobster and salt fish, tobiko and Bajan pepper sauce aioli. Waterside Tapas Enjoy the casual, bubbly atmosphere on the outdoor deck at Tapas. Reservations are not required for seating on the deck, but space is limited and it’s first come–first served.
