Founded in the mid 1930’s, the nine-hole 67 par course occupies 37 acres of land at the top of a plateau overlooking Grand Anse Beach to the west and Clarke’s Court Bay to the east. Seven of the nine greens are elevated and there are 18 tee boxes of different yardage, which allows for 18 playing holes. Non-members are welcome to join the golfing community for a round, and it’s best to call ahead to reserve a tee time. Golf clubs can be rented from the clubhouse and caddies are available for a small fee. Whether you’re interested in a round of golf or a game of tennis with a fellow sportsperson, exploring the rainforest on a hash (organised hike), or volunteering at the local animal shelter, get in touch with Grenada’s clubs and societies to find out what’s going on while you’re here.
